    Very talented but, a bit weird! His old boat is a few slips away from the boat I run. My wife loved his movies. He'll be missed

    The King of Comedy is one of the funniest movies ever and he's awesome in it. Although, ironically, it wasn't a comedic role for him. Super talented dude for sure.

    and oddly, his biggest all time fan is.....Eddie Murphy (hence The Nutty Professor remake).

    He was and still is my favorite actor of all time. I used to fake being sick when I was a kid to stay home from school during Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis week on TBS. I would watch the MDA telethon for years. He was the first actor I ever wrote a fan letter to and got a response from. He showed me that it was ok to be the goofy kid in class, that life was ok if everyone smiled.
