Yes....I totally agree,,but How would a guy I work with in Chicago, and then a different Guy I worked with in Galveston Texas all hear the same story, before the internet, and all from their Brother in laws cousin who just happened to be.....so on, and so forth??? It makes no sense. It's a urban legend. Pallets of tinfoil are overkill. You need maybe two rolls. You can make a lot of hats from a single roll and you have a spare roll in case your wife goes crazy cooking with stuff wrapped in tinfoil...... Oh, and you need a little bit extra for the rabbit ears on the TV.

PS, pro tip. Use the Reynolds wrap extra thick foil. It holds it shape a lot better. Don't want no droopy hats!
