Remember when lots of posters called Troy Polamalu Fredo?

Lots of posters called Troy Polamalu Fredo because they thought he was too short to play the position.
I remember, even if some of you don't.....

 

Lots of people(back then)compared him to a hobbit. I think that he answered any critics very well.
It's not my desire to start a flame war, I just want to remind folks to let the season play out and see how these rookies progess

I searched back to 2011 and not one reference of Fredo to Polamolu reference

I did find a poster of two making foolish Fredo references to Mr Rooney but they were pretty dumb and not well received

 

I missed that.

You are part correct. I don't remember that name, but I clearly remember people saying he was too short, and too easily injured back on the old board. The name I remember was Troy Bustamalu . Like many they were wrong, and like many wrong they disappeared, or acted like they never said it
