    OKAY THEN

    let's do

    a cartwheel everytime

you thought I was going to say
    a line
    I mean a bong hit didn't you?

it's going to be a factor and like some one pointed out
IF OUR BOYS go in there thinking it's a leg up
    then
    they're the next to get
    KNOCK THE OUT

Hopefully they implode with all of the questions and interviews and distractions, but I don't see it happening. Gonna be a tough game.

Either they'll come out as they always do, or they'll come out flat. This Ray Rice situation can't help them, it's not something they can really feed off of. I could definitely see it negatively affecting them, that wouldn't surprise me one bit

When you talk about distractions...this is about as big as it gets, and on a short week. I think it impacts them negatively. How much so is anyone's guess.

I will say this in watching the coverage of the situation, the Ratbirds look tired and exhausted from answering all these questions. Harbaugh looked like he had been put through the wringer yesterday when he had his press conference. Hopefully they come out terribly flat and Pittsburgh gets their 2nd division win this year!!!

If your team is responding to embarrassment, like getting badly beaten on the field, that can help your cause. If your team is currently embarrassed, I don't see that helping. I don't know if I see it hurting either though. It might.

However, I think when it comes to the game, the bigger issue is not Ray Rice, but home field advantage on a Thursday night. That's the best home field advantage there is. For two teams that always come down to the final minute, it wouldn't surprise me at all if we lost this one, regardless of any distractions. And I'm an optimist.

I hope you guys are right but I honestly see them using this as way to get up for the game. Doesn't have to be a "win it for Ray" thing ( I truly hope it wouldn't be anyway). I see them banding together in the locker room and coming out amped up. I have a bad feeling about this.

this is a bigger distraction than the Doobie Bother distraction we had and there were people going apecheet about ours. Hell this one involves their whole organization to some degree. Ours was just two dudes token it up. This goes to the top for them and I think it is big enough of a stir to create some big problems in this game for the ravens. Advantage US.

It still depends on how many PI are called on IKE. Flacco's number one play is deep ball PI, add Ike, hmmmm.

Ray Rice wasn't going to play anyway, so once the ball is kicked off nobody is thinking about off the field distractions.

We will be just fine with a big win. We have the Karate Kid on our side.

While I appreciate the last couple of funny posts...:roflmao:... Laffs are ALWAYS GOOD...
And, I also appreciate the fact that this is STEELERS vs RAVENS on THURS nite...
So nothing else should really matter...
My take on it is this...
It might matter, one way or the other, if they truly care about each other in that locker room.
I don`t think every locker room really has that bond.
    Including ours, some years...
We had it in the past.
    We MIGHT now.
We Damn sure didn`t for a few years recentley...
    GO STEELERS...
No matter what, this is gonna be a "war" of a game... "Two trains on a track", and all that.
I Hope we DO "Unleash Hell!"...
The last half of football we played, SHOULD have left us with a bad taste in our mouth, and a feeling that we have something to prove, that the 1st half wasn`t a fluke...
    We will see!
    GO STEELERS!
