has anyone noticed that the Ray Horton coached Arizona Cardinal defense in one of the best in the NFL. that defense also has William Gay on it.

just saying, maybe its time to cut ties with DL. Horton was supposed to be his replacement, but DL wasnt ready to retire.

You got a point their. Can't argu the facts, they are 3-0 and we are 1-2! They stopped Brady and Vick, we couldn't stop Carson Palmer and the Raiders!

I was thinking about that too I wished Horton stuck around their defense is aggressive and gets after the qb like the Steelers used to.

I've got to admit that this comes as a huge surprise to me. I thought our DBs were terrible during Horton's tenure as the DB coach and they all seemed to regress under his tutelage. I've got to hand it to him, he seems to be doing a bang-up job in AZ.

AZ is playing tough, aggressive and with passion. We used to play like that on defense but haven't seen it for a little bit now. Huge DL fan but maybe this should be his swan song.

Ray Horton was never the heir apparent to LeBeau's job. That spot has been occupied by Keith Butler for several years.
