Ravens are down 23-0 so far at the half. This is a huge deal for the Steelers seeing they play in Baltimore next weekend. If the Steelers win today in Chicago assuming the Jags hang on and win this game the Steelers will have a chance to put an absolute strangle hold on this division with a win in Baltimore. The Steelers could be 4-0 and drop the Ravens to 2-2 and essentially have a 3 game lead in the division with a tiebreaker in hand. The next week Baltimore plays in Oakland while the Steelers get the Jags at home so it could be Steelers being 5-0 to the Ravens 2-3 if things work out the way we all want them too.

Plus with both Cincy and Cleveland both already being out of it this division race could be a wrap in a few weeks if the Steelers can take care of their own business. Then, we can start focusing on both the bye week and homefield advantage which is what really matters.

I hate this week's game at Soldier Field. I agree with you that we could really make a divisional statement, but in years past games like this have resulted in disappointment. I'm remaining confident, Steelers win a close one 26-23 with a Boswell buzzer beater.

Flacco is 5-15 for a total of 11 whopping yards with 2 picks.

There is no doubt we should be preparing the Rats BU QB all next week.

But first things first win today!

The fake punt while up 37-0, though. They must hate Harbaugh.

Agree with you friend but make no mistake, this game on the road against the Bears will show if we are contenders and not pretenders.

Flacco went 8-for-18 for a career-low 28 yards, with no touchdowns, two interceptions and a career-low passer rating of 12.0.

Best part about this game for me was my fantasy football opponent this week has the Ravens defense.

I`m even more worried about next week after that humiliation for them. The ratbirds need the win real bad now. Flacco, assuming he is not injured, will be giving his best.

What makes you think he was injured ? Because he was taken out of game? Cause I dont think he was injured. He was taken out because they had no chance of winning.

The Ravens were 2-0 because they played Cle and Cincy. I'd be surprised if they finish above 8-8. The Bengals look like a 5-11 team to me. And the much improved Browns will be 3-13 or4-12. The AFCN has the worst bottom 3 in the league.

Crackpot theory (not to be taken seriously):

The NFL wants to move the Jags to London. They have to give London a reason to want them... ;)

    Nah. Crows just suck.

I have been to that stadium, not too many Steeler fans in that stadium. The Ravens love their team.

The Steelers still better win this game in Baltimore on Sunday. The Bengals and Browns are both pretty much done at 0-3 so a win here against the Ravens Sunday puts you at 3-1 to the Ravens 2-2 with the tiebraker and the Ravens having to go to Oakland the following week. So this is a huge huge opportunity this Sunday to take total and complete control of this division despite the loss to the Bears yesterday. The Steelers better take advantage of it.
