Well by your standards marino sucked also? His offense took the frickin arizona cardinals to the super bowl. It had nothing to do with their defense it was all offense. 4th in scoring thats all i need to know.

marino did it with two little wr's. how many rings did dan have, and what does that have to do with todd haley as an OC and having tall wr's? you are the one saying we need a tall receiver because haley has had one everywhere he's been. i'm saying show me where that has worked out for him to win the big one? it was our former OC's offense in arizona. he didn't even trust him with it until the middle of the year, the year prior to the SB loss. dallas he never won one. ny he never won one. kc he never won one. arizona he never won one. maybe our 6 footers will get him out of his funk.

Haleys offense has been successful everywhere he has been and he has always had tall wrs. Just becuase he hasnt won the big one yet doesnt mean he hasnt been very successful also once wiz turned it over to haley is when the cards started their run.

And he will have all the pieces to do so and a defense to back him up but i still think he brings in a tall kid

I will agree with yiu there but it seems when teams are hiring head coaches now they are looking for somebody new and fresh you dont see the recycling as much anymore so maybe he sticks around for awhile

So I guess Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Chris Carter, Vincent Jackson aren't stud WR's? I believe that Bowe thought he was unable to catch that ball so he didn't try. Looking back, it appears he might have been able to get a hand on it. Bowe is a top WR in the league and I'd love to have him. He'll be staying with KC anyway so it doesn't matter.

I want a tall guy but could you imagine wallace and stevie johnson on opposite sides. The run game would kill people they would have to keep both safeties deep. Plus the underneath would be wide open

If Ben's going to keep throwing like he did in the playoff run to SBXLV and the 2011 season, then the only WR that's going to save the Steelers is Megatron...

again i ask you, with his offense, how many rings does he have?[/quote:25ktjp1m]

How many does Marino have? How many does BA have? GIlbride? (I despised Gilbride...as he did not try to use what he had...he tried to force the square peg in the round hole.)
