How in the world do you manage the mess out there? Lynch runs onto the field to protect his cousin on the Chiefs who just put a called late hit on your recently returned from injury QB? Then he lurks around the stadium in a black mask taking selfies. It would be CUT time for Mr. Lynch. They had no won since his goofy dancing incident 3 weeks ago.

Oh yea they certainly did...without him. It seemed like the team was better off without his presence. Just kinda seems like the coach isn’t really in charge of him. During the training camp coverage he was running around playing practical jokes on the NFL broadcasters.

Nobody seems to be in charge of him. He's been like that for years. I don't get why the Raiders, or anyone else for that matter, would sign him. He's a nut job!

I agree, it seems like his interest is to become some sort of leader or folk hero in Oakland. He’s certainly not focused on football. I don’t understand the issues out there anyway, they are located in a prime area of the country and have always had an outstanding fan base. Mismanagement I guess.

Oakland isn't a prime area. It's, historically, a blue collar low income part of the bay area. There are affluent parts of the town but, as a whole, it's not a desirable place. The Raiders have wanted a new stadium for years and to stop having to share with baseball but, the funding just isn't there. They have a rabid fan base, but it won't matter when they move to Vegas. Their fans will still follow the team anyway.

I knew it was blue collar but you would think with the weather out there they could look to salvage the area. The reality prices in the Bay Area are nuts. Years of poor leadership I guess. Heck the Raiders are closer to the city of San Francisco than the 49ers are now.

Lynch is a nut case. Someone needs to put him and Berfict in a room together and let them take each other out.

Lynch is the type of character that used to flourish in the Raider's organization. Ted Hendricks, Kenny Stabler, Lester Hayes, Ben Davidson, etc. all were unique, but Lynch is just some sort of an idiot who is well past his prime.
