I know, I know. The Push that Purdy is getting from the medias has just been crazy and insane; and every time I see some "Media Expert" rank Purdy ahead of Pickett this offseason just gets under my skin to no end.

 

I think Purdy played better than KP last year. So who cares who ranks him where? We will see this year how all that falls out

This is why I cringed when I knew the AFC was getting Burrow and then Lawrence. Sorry but I wish the Steelers would have gone 0-16 the year Burrow was available for draft.

 

Tanking by an organization is a joke. You can list all the top5 drafted QBs since 2000 and easily see the ‘Suck for Luck’ strategy does not work. Building a culture of winning football games is what works.

If the draft were done over, not one organization would select Brock Purdy in the 1st round. Maybe a good backup. If Trey Lance stays healthy for the 49ers we may never see Purdy take another NFL snap.

The North division has KP, LJ, JoeB, and Watson. If I were to rank these guys as NFL QBs; Burrows, Watson, Kenny, Lamar. Ranking them as ability to make a splash play; Burrows, Lamar, Watson, Kenny.
