How are you feeling hours before the game? (Confident? Anxious? Impatient? Or, what?)

I am psyched and ready to get this going! Unfortunately, my quest to find Iron City in Maryland has not be a success!

    Quietly confident.

I'm getting old. Gotta save the energy until kickoff. ;)

Impatient. I love playoff games and can't wait for the Tebow beatdown to begin.

I hate late starts. My stomach will be in knots by kickoff. I'm going to go to the gym this morning and get some nervous energy out. Then I'll come home, play with my daughters, grab a nap and maybe watch a little of the Giants/Falcons game (yawn), then start pacing the floor until the game starts. Even though a win gives us a short week this week, I'll be glad to get the game out of the way on Saturday night next week rather than having to wait until Sunday.

This early in the dance - I'm completely calm. If/when we win this one and are headed to Foxboro, I'll get a little more anxious.

I am honestly the most confident that I've ever been before a playoff game. Our defense can play its base scheme and take the Denver offense apart. We don't have to worry about an elite QB dinking and dunking us downfield, and not making mistakes. If either Tebow or Quinn try to establish a short passing game, they will complete a handful to their guys, and 2 or 3 to our guys. The offense is good enough to put up 20, which is double what we'll need. My one concern is injuries. We will need to be healthy next week.

Hate to admit it, but I am worried... Big Time!
    Hopeful, but worried.
If we were healthy, I would only be slightly nervous, because of how we do when everyone expects us to win.
However, I just can`t shake the feeling that Ben is gonna get HAMMERED by Dumerville and Miller. I also forgot they had Champ Bailey back there.
Sure we have a great defense, but the Broncos strength is their running game. I also forgot they had McGahee.
And our run defense has certainly not been what we are used to around here...
    GO STEELERS!!!!
Prove me wrong, and show that I was worried for nothing! PLEASE!!!
HERE WE GO STEELERS1 HERE WE GO!!!
    Is it 4:30, yet???!!!

Nervous as I have been for every playoff game since the 70's when I went in thinking, "we got this one."

I always record the games and start watching the recording after about an hour into the game. That way I fast forward through all of the commercials and all of the bull**** from the Suzy's, Lucy's, and other network bimbos that have to get their kissers in front of the camera. Halftime too.

Holy cow! I didn't know this site was into cussword censorship. Will it accept bullcrap?
