PSU S Jaquan Brisker Film Study - still around at 52?

See Link. Very very good film study breakdown from a Penn State site I subscribe to. A few mocks I've seen have him lasting until the 60's and have him as the 4th or 5th best safety...which I don't quite get. Compared to other safety options (Pitre, Hill, Cine maybe) I love Brisker's physicality compared to all those guys -- he's got this Mighty Mouse quality about him. And I looked on PFF, and his coverage grades are pretty impressive. So what am I missing about him exactly? Anyone?

 

Bleacher report has him ranked the #2 safety in the draft behind Hamilton. They have him being drafted in the late first or early second round so it doesn't look like that he will be there at #52.
