I'd take Chris Godwin any day of the week. He's going to be good NFL player. Penn State is putting some good NFL talent of the WR postion out there.
Allen Robinson is doing excellent with the Jags, and they are a terrible team.

Round two was fine with me, he was a top 5 rated receiver and I didnt want to see him drafted by any other team in our division he would make us pay if he was....

Good thread here. Didn't catch it pre draft.

I really liked Godwin. I didn't do much tape on JuJu until this morning but i did watch alot of USC games and noticed him.

No they didn't. You have to respect that speed, will open things up for AJ. Or don't give any help over top and get burnt for TDs all day by Ross.

some reports I've, say's ross was a reach at 9, way to early to draft him like this article:

Walter Football expressed the most criticism for the pick with a C+:

I had John Ross slotted to the Bengals in my 2017 NFL Mock Draft, but I did not think Jonathan Allen and Malik Hooker would be available. Wow, how do you pass on them? At any rate, Ross makes sense for the Bengals. Cincinnati wanted Will Fuller or Corey Coleman last year, and Ross is a better version of them. That said, there were better players available, so I have to give this something like a C+. I'm also concerned about Ross' durability.

The Bengals needed weapons after their passing game stunk last season.

Walter Football probably has the worst grade on the pick.

    Lance Zierlein, NFL.com - A-
Pete Prisco, CBS Sports - B
Dieter Kurtenbach, Fox Sports - B
Danny Kelly, The Ringer - A
    Sports Illustrated - B+
    Nicholas Goss, NESN - B+

They were probably hoping Mike Williams fell to them and had to fall back on Ross. Which I'm glad. At least with Ross, his size could be a factor.

OR, he could be another Dri Archer, all speed but no production against faster defenders in the pros....

    Do not worry Blast.

Artie kept up with Tyrek Hill who also was a sub 4.2 burner as well. John Ross will not be as big an issue for us.

Even if Artie should not be lined up against him, none of that is going to matter if Andy Dalton is running for his life unless Cedric Ogbuehi has made tremendous strides; Jake Fisher no less.

Year two Will Fuller along with possibly DeShaun Watson is something that does concern me come Christmas should or when DeShaun Watson have that spot.

Archer was a running back, DB's didn't have to concern themselves with him taking the top of the defense.

All you have to do is look at what Bryant does for AB.

His slight build is his biggest negative, might not hold up to NFL punishment.

I like the guy more and more every day. Those who think he will have a tough time getting snaps are wrong. He's too good of a football player to keep off the field. He will be getting 25+ snaps very early in the season, and the lowest I see him being on the totem pole is the clear #3 when the playoffs roll around (assuming B&B are ok, the #2 if not).
