Benny Snell is an underweight bum. Couldn't even score from a foot and a half out. Samuels should have been getting those carries.

I watched Gordon run really well against the Chiefs, out of the gun and different formations. What got me was how quick he got to the line from the gun. I am not really a Gordon fan, but the difference in talent (in what we have) is certainly there. I know the line or scheme is to blame as well, but for those who say you can get a quality back anywhere I disagree. If you have the line then yes a moderate back can look much better, but we really need to secure a quality back, that and OL has to be priority in the draft.

That's because Ben is throwing it in 2 seconds. Even with a mediocre Oline, it's tough to get a sack when the QB is throwing the ball in 2 seconds. That's not necessarily a positive thing though. Questions need to be asked why Ben is doing that. Is he scared to get hit these days? Is it the OC? Is Ben unable to hit the deep stuff? Why are we constantly throwing within a couple yards of the LOS when we have WR's who can get open down the field?

The no sacks thing is fine and all, but it's not like it's helping our offence at all

Not to sound "picky" but Ben's mostly getting rid of it in 2 and a bit seconds. (Usually for 3 or 4 yards) :(

That play was Ebron's fault. All he has to do is chip Chase Young and that's a touchdown. Snell didn't have much of a shot on that play.

The offensive line was not good tonight. They were terrible blocking for the run. They also failed to engage the Washington line, which is part of why so many balls are getting tipped. Roethlisberger is the main reason they aren't giving up sacks. He is either buying time by sliding in the pocket or throwing the ball too quickly for the rush to get there. If he actually trusted his line, he wouldn't be rushing so many throws.

Kind of odd timing for this one considering they can't run it half a yard to get a score.

The whole rushing aspect is only a fragment of the problem with the post. Yes, there were no sacks given up. However, how many QB hits and QB hurries?! Those are equally as telling.

That's because they are being told they have one job to do! Keep Ben from getting hit or sacked. If Ben hands the ball off, the Running Backs are on the own, just keep Ben from getting touched after the handoff.

They’re terrible. They can pass block for a qb that generally gets rid of the ball in just over 2 seconds. Aka faster than the pass rush can get there. Praise them when they can actually do the job including run block.

With respect 86 Snell ran for 60 tough @ss yards with little to no help against the crows. Marshmallow Ebron got scared and wiffed yesterday. I don't have the confidence that this O Line can all of a sudden turn it around and dedicate to the run. Maybe i'm wrong. Ben is firing the ball over 50 times the last 2 games and was rubbing his elbow in the 4th quarter. This is not a positive sign.

Or FB Watt should've gotten the call to pound it in.

Regardless, they looked good enough when he had to hold it as well. It's the run blocking that sucks, but even if you're mediocre you can gel over the season if you're getting game reps. We just have no commitment to it.

The failure on that fourth-down run was all Ebron. He went to far in motion and whiffed on Young. He didn't even have to get a good block. Just slow him down for a moment, and Snell would have been able to score.

Does Kevin Radar dress for games. Doesn't he excel at blocking? I would just put him in for Ebron in that situation.

Yeah, easy to brag about a quick release when your yards/attempt was just 5.75
