This is Brown showing the Raiders they have to let him do his own thing. They should have known this behavior was his standard.

The title makes no sense and is bizarre. Perfect for a thread on AB.

Sooo, are Tomlin/Rooney still the reason ABs marbles fell out of his head?

I think it should be called "Sphincter Stetson"......as in that "ass hat" has yet to be a consistent contributor at Raiders camp.

I just wonder if their GM really believes the guys are giggling and laughing because of what he is doing on the field, or is it possible they are laughing and giggling at him because he has become such a clown?

Read in the paper this morning that Brown has "severely blistered feet". I guess it's because he runs so fast...…...

AB made himself into what he is by working extremely hard. It's not a good sign if that trait has left him.

I remember like four years ago when he had a 200+plus receiving game and had more receiving yards at that point than most teams had for all their passing games. This was also the point where I was beginning to get annoyed by the 5 for 50 record that seemed more important than a win. The other instance was the goal post hugging incident that I thought showed pure joy. Do I feel dumb and violated? No because in the moment it was fun, now we can look back at those moments and think yup he was crazy, like ex girlfriend crazy.

Yep. He even posted pictures on IG. It seems a legitimate reason and one the Raider fans are using to excuse his absence.
But here's the problem, or problems.....

Even if you have blistered feet and are unable to practice, you still show up everyday, even if it's just for a short time. You watch from the sidelines, you encourage and support your teammates, you make yourself visible, and you address the media. You are the big offseason signing. All eyes are on YOU. You are a veteran. You've made it clear that you want to be a leader and hold guys accountable. You DO NOT want to be invisible or a mystery and YOU have the responsibility to make it ensure of that. You DO NOT want to be a distraction. That should be the last thing that happens. Simply showing up everyday, hanging around, and talking to the media would prevent any kind of distraction. AB chooses not to.

Secondly, the Raiders have said nothing official or specific about his injury, but there's AB on social media once again showing his feet, explaining his injury. It shows that there's a disconnect, or at least gives the perception of one, between him and the Raiders. Do the Raiders not want the specifics of his injury out there and AB is going rouge, or has he simply not been very communicative with them about it and they're finding out just like the rest of us? Not good. Either way at the very least, the optics are bad and its foreshadowing of what is to come.

I usually really enjoy Hard Knocks but i don't even want to watch this year because I'm sure HBO will push the Brown storyline and he will be on there speaking his truth which will make me sick.
