Preseason week 3:Steelers vs lions

Good decision by Tomlin.....Porter is also out for this game

 

I want to see Cordarrelle Patterson do something, anything this game. Everyone keeps assuming he will be RB #3, but I haven't seen him do anything this preseason. Warren is out today, so lets see Patterson play a little RB.
2024 Preseason 1 carry for -1 yards, and 1 reception for 0 yards.

And, someone tell me why Patterson has not returned a single kick this preseason???

 

We really need to do some damage in the first half while the schedule isn't so brutal. I guess they think the starting D is ready and doesn't need more real reps, but it feels like we are going to come out of the gates like a turtle again.

 

Because this is preseason...

 

Get em Steelers!! Have to watch at BD party but at least they have NFL Network.

Maybe but it will not be because of that...I mean the falsons starting offense did not play in the preseason and they have a new offense...The steelers face the falcons in week 1...

 

Once again, Tomlin overestimating his defense. When they start running out of gas because of lack of reps once the season starts, and are giving up a lot of 3rd and longs, you can thank Tomlin for that

 

It wouldn't shock me at all if he is cut.

 

Probably doing it so when they lose (badly) he just points to the fact, "we didn't play any starters"!

This team, at this point has nothing to lose! At least give them a couple series. This is a cop out (sitting all of them).

I want to see at least two sustained drives by the Wilson led offense. I know the Lions starting defense is stout, but we need to see something from this group.

Meh. He spends too much time dancing around rather than using his lateral and straight-ahead speed. He's swinging for the fence every time rather than getting what he can.

 

That is what I am thinking, but everyone just keeps telling me "No, No, No" Cordarrelle Patterson is RB #3 and our Kick Returner.
