I understand why coach is going fo 2 in this situation, but when he doesn't at a dumb time in the regular season, he shouldn't be fired on the sidelines.

 

Farrior was smart, Timmons too but he was fast and durable. But the point being the defense was the sum of the whole not just one part. Why is Shazier going down having this huge ripple effect.

I think Shazier’s injury is just a convenient excuse for a mediocre D. If he was healthy and playing, it wouldn’t improve anyone else’s tackling or atrocious angles on D.
