Practice Squad Signings

I was thinking much the same. I wonder how many other teams PS have chopped and changed this much?

Plus I'm still expecting Grant and/or Chickillo to be re-signed.

I really like this move.

 

One thing is blatantly obvious through all of these moves. The front office was not happy with pieces they had assembled and have been working hard to address their concerns.

 

Burse is a smaller guy who can do punt returns. Watched some of his games with the Donkeys. May eventually take the place of AB's duties.

 

Love this move! He's the guy I wanted in the fourth two drafts ago rather than Shark or Landry.

ESPN is reporting Grant is on his way to Pittsburgh now and will join the practice squad. The writing was on the wall that if he cleared he would be back since his and Chicks lockers went untouched after getting waived.

i agree strummer. i wouldn't mind seeing munch's johnson brought back too.

 

I'd say you're mostly right, but these guys do you have college degrees I'm sure some of them could land some decent jobs depending on what field were talking about.

 

I read somewhere that the reason he was cut by the rams was a lack of position flexibility. When he was coming out that was one of his huge advantages. He played 3 positions and played all of them very well.

 

yea, i read that. i was a huge jones supporter coming out of school because of that. he's struggled a couple of years with injuries. they say he is finally healthy again so hopefully we can get him back to form at a couple of positions. nobody better to do that than munchak. i see the jets put johnson on their PS. he's another guy i wouldn't mind us bringing back. both of these guys have some tools for munch to work with for the future of our o-line. foster and wallace are getting older and pouncey's leg injuries keep mounting. he's had so much trouble, it's bound to start to affect him down the road.
