    De La Puente may be a decent short term fix. I would say no to Legursky in a ZBS. To me he's a power guy all the way.

    I like Wallace and can live with this if MP is back for the 2nd half. Still, it is getting difficult watching this guy miss so many games, his fault or not.

    Stupid pre-season injuries. Really suck. It's not fun watching Nelson get hurt either.

    Not much talent there now. Maybe September 1, better chance on the 5th.

    And soon Pouncey will be consuming > $10 mil in cap space annually. Bad investment IMO.

    Boy, Pouncey cant escape the injury bug, this guy gets rolled up more than a rug: I think Wallace will do fine at least munch has two weeks to get him up to speed and a couple of games to get him ready for the season opener, he has good size 6-4 300, and he gets scrappy with defenders maybe a little too much, but it shows he has fire in the belly;

    Pittsburgh signed Wallace in September, 2013, after he was a final cut from Tampa Bay. The Steelers projected him as a back-up at both center and guard. He dressed for his first game with Pittsburgh against Baltimore on October 20.

    Following a Week 14 loss against the Dolphins during the 2013 season, Wallace was fined $17,875 by the NFL for two infractions. One for striking an opponent late and another for grabbing/hitting another player's private area.

    Wallace spent all offseason working on his technique.

    Agreed. No one is saying this is his fault but he does get hurt a lot.

    Saw an update where they will place Pouncey on the 8 week IR as expected, then they believe he will miss a couple more weeks. They were expecting a week 12 return.

    I'm a Wallace supporter, but dayum son you've got to protect the franchise QB. shaky start for Dr. Wallace today.

    knox, i see trouble with foster and wallace now together. it will really slow down the interior. i think wallace could be ok with a more mobile guard next to him. on the same token we could make do with foster since we had a more mobile center next to him in pouncey. both together makes them not very good. i see trouble brewing.:cool:

    I saw that too. Always preferred Velasco to Wallace. But given his past with Munchak, I doubt he's on the radar.
