He'll probably be less mobile for a while though. I hope not.

Always depends of course, but I once sprained my ankle and it took a full year for it to fully heal. I kept re-injuring it just doing every day things. It just didn't want to heal

Saw it on facebook but it was on page called sports funny page. They are Steeler fans that mostly post joke stuff but do make serious posts from time to time. They had what seemed like a serious report with Pouncey being overheard to say if he needs more surgery maybe he should walk away from the game.

Even if true, it's probably just frustration.

I'll just go with very unfortunate........and yes it stinks for him and the fans. It takes me all the way back to not drafting Nick Mangold.

Actually it is called active feet, just like they were coaching Shazier about. Pouncey, while I love the effort, shouldn't have been attempting another block while Bell was already wrapped up and going down to the ground. Love his effort, but he put himself in the path of that roll-up.

I must say the play seemed to be telegraphed. Like something you seen coming from a mile away.

No crap! I was yelling "no" before he was hit! Just a weird Twilight Zone like feel to it....;)

Either way, this does spark some debate back to carrying L Jones on the 53 due to the need to carry another Center.......

If anyone is not in danger of being poached, it's him.

When he gets hurt, it's bad enough to keep him out for a while. Last time Heath was the one who hurt him. This time it was a Packer. Neither of them meant to.... Maurkice does his job- he doesn't do anything risky or stupid... It's not his fault & I wouldn't call him injury prone either. I'd call it some bad luck.

Exactly why the Team should have moved him to Guard .....He can be a ALL pro there as well and probably stay a lot healthier....

Pouncey seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time as far as him getting injured. It's unfortunate and a big loss, but it's football. Wallace will be fine. Need to get a center in on the waiver wire or after cuts. Hopefully he can come back this season but at this point is looks like a season ender. Hall of Fame talk and that he is injury prone is premature.
