Really Charlie had 2 "real" INT's. The Wallace one shouldn't have been.

Let's remember there were more fumbles than they lost as well!

But on that Wallace throw...Charlie did throw a bad pass behind Wallace...on those quick slants you gotta put it out in front of the guy. But yes the whole tipping/etc stuff wasn't directly his fault but the bad pass was.

I guess the offense should have done the same thing to the defense when they put up 31 and the defense let the Raiders score on every single 2nd half possesion, not a single stop and allow Carson Palmer to look like Joe Montana when he could throw for a single score in the next 2 games. Or how about the Jacksonville game were the defense gave that game away and in both those games the Steeler dominated time of possesion so the defense was tired isn't going to fly. The offense without Ben is just plain bad, a team with the best recievers isn't going to do well when they don't have a QB capable of getting them the ball. The reason we don't have a good back up is the same reason most tems don't have a good back up, and it is because anytime a backup gets in a game and performs well the next season every team that needs a starting qb goes after the back up. This reminds me of the Colts without Manning last season, simply bad yet they almost beat us.

There isn't much that already hasn't been said.

I will admit that I was COMPLETELY wrong about Batch. I've always liked Charlie and thought he should have started last week. While the loss is not completely on his shoulders alone, his performance was not what I was expecting. This was kind of a perfect storm, I still can't wrap my head around how no one could hang on to the ball. When you consistently give the other team less than 40 yards to the end zone it's amazing the score was as close as it was. I think the defense as a whole stepped up. While I am by NO MEANS blaming this on the officiating, I do wonder why Rainey's fumble wasn't at least reviewed. It certainly looked close enough that it should have (as every turnover is supposed to be).
I'm perturbed that Adams got injured, that looked pretty ugly when he was hit.
I'm also wondering why Burress wasn't in towards the end of the game when they obviously needed a score. When the only play call is go deep, wouldn't you want the tallest WR on the team to be on the field? Not saying that is why they lost (not by a long shot), but it is rather perplexing.

I thought Raineys fumble shoulda been a closer review even though I thought it was a fumble. How bout the fumble on the Browns last drive when Richardson was called down?? He wasn't even close to being down!!! I don't remember if Foote dove on it and was touched down or could have ran for a TD after picking it up? I was so frustrated, its definitely how the game went
