They missed B. Jones leaving early as well. Pretty poor officiating crew.

I understand your point. I was simply stating that I also haven't the foggiest of why neither Trice Jr. nor Kent are playing. However, Trice Jr.'s injury history is well documented and therefore he cannot be fully counted upon. Kent though?! You got me.

As for Woolen?! I'd definitely inquire if I am Pittsburgh. There doesn't seem to be anyone else. Barring some extreme developments, that is, more or less, who the team can go after.

Whats an AFCCG? Does Tomlin know about those???

I’ll have to go google it.

Sure Trice isn't dependable for the long term but if he's healthy enough to play use him, because Slay is washed and Echols is inconsistent.

If that many Cheese Heads were there, it points to the Steelers losing their fanbase. That might be one of the few thing that wakes the Rooney's up to get involved and make some hard leadership choices. A lot of those tertiary revenue streams will shrink if the fans start being apathetic to the team.

A truly great coach isn't going 1-4 at home in the AFCCG, no matter how much 43 tries to hype him up .

$10 says the NFL is gonna be investigated like the NBA is at some point in the future. Something truly is off with officiating. Granted, officiating has been suspect since 2010 imo but these past three years?! Oof.

Betting on if games are fixed. Something seems off there :)

He did really well to get to the AFCCG with dreadful QB's. He had Ben for only 3 years and made the AFCCG in two of them, including a Lombardi.

Games being fixed wouldn't be what the FBI would be after. How the games are regulated via the NFLs own rules?! That is another discussion all together.

That would be a breach of conduct by the NFL for not upholding their own rules. Oof.

It cracks me up when you guys point out the obvious, I just push back on 43 overrating Cowher.

Meh, old debate but If you are going to bash Cowher than you absolutely have to bash Tomlin.

I don't hype up Tomlin like he's on Noll's level like 43 does with Cowher, Tomlin deserves bashing too.

In the last two games every drive in the second half but one has led to a score by the opponent.

Steelers only chance in games is to keep it away from the defense.... the Steelers defense that is!

A sliver of silver lining in last night’s debacle. Roman Wilson and Spencer Anderson emergence as options for Rodgers

I am 1000% sure this won't happen. If AR goes down they should throw Will Howard to the wolves. He is 24 and won at OSU. 6'4" 230. Built like a bad mofo. I think his pinky is all better and he is ready to go.

They would throw Mason in for sure. I would understand Mason if we still had a shot at the AFCN title.

We are still going to be in first place after Sunday. Oh boy.;)

This happens every single year, and every single year, things get turned around and we start winning. The media start praising Tomlin for turning things around. Many on here praise him for overcoming adversity. Then right at the very end, it all falls apart.

Make no mistake about it, we are going to go on a streak of wins at some point. We always do. We'll look good for a while. We won't go anywhere though. We are who we are.
