Possible Todd Haley Head Coaching Jobs?????

Injuries got him fired . Wasn't his fault

 

I heard about this morning, so I was watching closely Ben on the sideline. I didn't see Ben talk to Haley at all, he talked to Tomlin and Fichtner.

 

Yep I noticed the same thing. Things are not good between the two.

 

Part of the reason is Ben threw Haley under the bus after that botched end of game series vs the Patriots.

There's not a snowball's chance in hell that Ranting and raving about your office being bugged and getting called for personal fouls on the sideline had anything to do with it. Or getting blown out 5 times by 27 points or more in one season. It was injuries that got him fired

 

It's was the Pats who bugged his office..and it's tough to win when all of your best players are on the shelf.. .They pulled the trigger too soon

 

Let me make sure I understand this correctly. You take every single possible opportunity to bash a coach that has never had a losing season, but give a guy a pass that had a career losing record because of injuries. Nothing like being objective.

 

When have they been?

 

I really don't care whether Haley is fired or not, but let's not forget that Ben has been at his absolute best under Haley and has taken far less hits.

Since the day Haley was hired, it was clear Ben didn't like him. Perhaps Ben should be told to act like a grown man and suck it up

 

I think teams are looking for the next Sean McVay (31), younger the better. Heck you might even see some 19 year old kid head coaching an NFL team next year.

 

You're only going by the end result without digging into the details. It's like reading a dog bit a kid...they never say what lead up to the bite, they only say the end result.

Haley turned a garbage team Into a playoff team . Tomlin got handed the silver spoon. He still hasn't replaced the corners or DB's they all suck..as for Lb's only Watt and Shazier were hits..up front is Heyward.. they only improved on the offence and that's why they're winning

 

and Ben doesn't have a great track record when it comes to being trainable. It took 2 seasons for Ben to finally realize that Haley is better than Bubble Boy Bruce.

Absolutely correct! Haley's no saint and he could probably use a little counseling on inter-personal relationship skills, but Ben's passive-aggressive behavior is ridiculous at times.

 

You should really practice what you preach. How many teams did the chiefs play with a winning record? What happened in their lone playoff appearance? Has any team come calling for Haley since his days as a chief? If he was half the commodity you think certainly at least one team in the last 5-6 years would have sniffed in his direction.

 

Haley isn't going anywhere next year

 

His fate is with the Teams fate , If we can win it all he will get offers .If we fall short his offers will fall short . He needs his O to continue to ring it up and win it all doing so.If that happens he will get multiple job offers .

 

I've already been all through this with Blast ..im not getting Into it again. In the end who cares

 

What if Ben tells the Steelers he will only come back if Haley is gone .
