How can you not give it to Big Ben after coming back in the 2nd half. I don't know any other QB who could have done what he did. Gay had a good game but this team does not win this game with Batch at the helm. Sorry Willie but keep up the good work.

Gay gave us a chance to end the game. If he didn't intercept it we are probably looking at a loss.

Easy, Ben. Offense didn't move an inch when he was out. Nobody else would have gotten a chance to get the game ball if Ben didn't come back.

My grandma could have made that pick. McCoy made a crappy late and short throw. It was good coverage, but every other DB on the squad makes that catch including stone hands Ike.

I'm saying that there are 6 other guys who make that play in that situation but there is no other QB in the NFL that comes back in the second half after that injury. Gay played well but I think we still wim without him. Without BR in the second half we lose this game.

Totally agree. At first when it happened I though we still had a chance because it was the turds and we were ahead. Then I saw how the offense stalled when Batch came in. Lucky this all happened tonight against them and there is a long week to recover. I guess we could still have won if Ben never came back and we never scored another point, but I have to assume they would have poked one in at some point because they would have had more chances. Ben put together longer drives for sure.

    Brown is the man.

There should not even be a poll for this kind of stuff!

    Where is Mendenhall?
For some unknown reason, some folks continue coming down on him.
If he doesn't get some tough yards/first downs, it would be a different game.

    1. entire defense
    2. Mendy
    3. Gay (yes, the often maligned William, and not just because of the Int.)
    4. The Ben, do we just expect it, in spite of Arians?

I say Ben only because of how he gutted out his injury in the 2nd half. But I also must give A LOT of love to William Gay. That was a textbook interception considering how he had to stretch back a little bit for it. Was very impressed with his INT to put the game on ice!

Tough as nails.I still think that he could help this whole offensive line/penalty/sack situation by getting the ball out of his hand quickly and let the wr's do the rest.Is heath ok? because he has been dropping balls and turning it over quite often lately.

My vote went to Ben too. AB doesn't make those grabs if Ben doesn't hit him - and any other QB wouldn't have even been in the GAME, let alone making the clutch throw to ice the game. Besides, AB loses the gameball IMO on the missed pass that hit him between the numbers. Not that receivers don't drop passes - but because of how crucial that catch could have been.
