this is not a bash against Sanders, but the last thing they need is another small possession receiver. they already have a bunch of money tied up in AB who is basically the same type of receiver.

i just dont understand why Moye or Wheaton never got a chance today. 3 quarters into the game it was pretty obvious they couldnt get anything going on offense. why not let those 2 guys get some real game experience in the 4th quarter? i know DL and Tomlin hate to let the young guys play, but the time has come.

twice they got down inside the 10 and neither time did they have a big package in the game. Sanders, Cotch, and AB with the TE's blocking and Redman seemed to be the main target for Ben. i know Cotch eventually got the td catch, but it was a struggle.

is it just me or does it seem like everything they do on offense is a struggle? im not going to blame Haley, Ben or the oline. i think its the whole mind set. they went away from the power run game to be a passing team. well they dont really have the right personel to be a great passing team and they dont have a power running back. they seem to be in a bit of limbo with no identity and that was very evident today.

i hope Bell can play next week so we can all see what he has to offer. i also hope Moye and Wheaton get a chance. they caught a break this weekend with all 3 other teams in the division losing. lets hope they can set this game aside and learn from it.

Cinci next week on the road. hate to say this early in the season, but yes this is a must win. if this team has any hope of being relevant this season they need a win next week.

We won't. We will be playing catchup most season it looks like, so Sanders will have impressive numbers by year's end. Someone will offer him starter money. I hope Wheaton is a better WR then he is a KR

with this coaching staff we will probably have to wait until next year to know if Wheaton is any good.

You could be right and that's really annoying. We need to put all of our cards on the table to help Ben try and survive behind this "line".

maybe they should just give half of AB's money to sanders. or cotchery. or moye. or save it for next year's draft pick.

I wish we had a playmaker at WR and one at RB. That would make a HUGE difference. The Titans just flat out didn't respect us. They could sell out to the pass and bring the heat because they knew we had no chance whatsoever at running. We can't set the tone up front and they can just get to Ben at will. Imagine if Ben would have had Locker's line today.

After today's performance all players should be working for minimum wage. They should be embarrassed with today's performance and getting beat like they did. No fire, No heart, and No skills.

Just a bunch of entitled kids that have absolutely no appreciation for the legacy of the franchise they are so lucky to get to play for. I'm really serious when I say this. I think the people who get picked by the Steelers need to get a history lesson on the organization and need to appreciate who they are playing for. These kids today don't want to work hard and really have no incentive to. They get paid for what people THINK they might be able to do as opposed to what they ACTUALLY do. There should be a clause that rookies can't be given the big bucks until their SECOND contract. That way they will have MUCH more incentive to produce and be ready on a consistent basis. Now we just give them the fish instead of giving them the pole and it shows all over the NFL and not just in Pittsburgh and really in all sports.

He's a complimentary piece--no need to pay him big $$. The team needs a legit #1. Should probably figure out the O-line before we spend money on weapons we can't get the ball to.
