Okay, as part of my public service, I'm summarizing the Pats penalties in the game. Originally, I wanted to summarize their offensive holding calls, but their line is incapable of offensive holding, so....

Pats DO have a holding call on a punt, 10 yards..... they also have an illegal contact (that more or less occurred when the ball was coming) for 5 yards. Total of 2 penalties, 15 yards. I gotta tell ya, for a playoff game in Gillette stadium, that both more yards AND more penalties against New England than I expected. Their fan base has to be PISSED.....

If the Pats came out and whooped the Titans no one here would be overly surprised. Everyone is so tense because the officiating is clearly changing the course of the game.

Let’s hopr they help Steelers tomorrow and get their rematch and somehow get us to #7 for Rooney

 

Has there ever been a game where the cheats had more penalties than th opponent.....I highly doubt it

And for the AFC Championship, it's going to be Corrente, Morelli, and Al Riveron has agreed to come down from the booth and be an on-field official as well.... just to be sure everything is on the up and up....

 

I’ve never seen a penalty called, then changed to benefit the other team.

That was unprecedented.

After the Titans comeback against the Chiefs in the second half, this should be CHILD'S play....

 

Well if it was third and more than 5 they mighta left it......but soon as they realized it gave them a first down it was changed....and there's the holding call to stall a drive,if Harrison was in our colors it's not called...fact

Titans need to just say WTF and just throw the ball down field.

 

I remember in the Colts-Steelers divisional playoff (Morelli's famous Polamalu interception overturn), there was a play from scrimmage at a critical point where the Colts were offsides, but there was also some question as to whether the offensive player had flinched. After throwing the flag to the defensive player in the neutral zone (which would have given the Steelers a first down), they ruled inadvertent whistle or something, and basically called it a do-over.... curiously, in the replays they've had of that game, that play is edited out....(if I'm remembering correctly)

I'd like it if Mularkey just went off after the game. Say stuff like, "Look, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE knows the Pats are a good team, but their insane record at home can HARDLY be a surprise." Everyone KNOWS they get the calls. It's expected. We all know it. It's not a surprise. Let's just drop the notion that there's objectivity because everyone KNOWS there isn't...."
