not gone- if the Steelers run the table in the last 4 they still will likely make it (and they did this in 1989 from a 5-7 stance). Still, saying it and actually doing it are 2 different things. The Steelers played a lot better than I thought they would tonight.

There's no way we beat Rodgers on the road in week 15

The center looked badly hurt, other lineman got hurt.
Not looking good for a playoff run.

Like I said last week. Playoff talk should've never started. The eyeball test is all you should need to see that. Sorry, but a team that consistently only plays a 30 minutes of decent football (not even great, Taylor is the CB) is not playoff caliber, period.

Stick a fork in this team this year they are done. No way they run the table and Rodgers is going to shred that secondary or should I say Ike Taylor!

We need to run the table
    need ravens to go 2-2
    titans to go 2-2
    chargers to go 2-2
    jets to lose one 3-1

that at would really take some magic since we don't play the chargers. I think we have a good chance against Tannehill....

I'm not going to disagree- but there is no guarantee that Discount Doublecheck is going to be healthy by then either, and even if he is, GB's defense has been terrible lately.

My concerns are the injuries they've sustained after this loss. I could have accepted them more going into the mini-buy week had we won. Nevertheless, win out and as you say ...theirs still hope.

The steelers can beat any team right now!! I bet the steelers win the next 4 with ease. I'm not worried at all steelers get 6th seed at 9-7 without a doubt unless the whole OL and bell is missing for the season..

This isn't a playoff team. Take off the B n G colored glasses. Where to even start with the problems.... oh well.... my BP and family will appreciate it.

Man Jimmy I think for the most part I would take the 1989 team over this one and I was only 7. LOL.

As improbable as it is for this team to run the table, so it is with these other teams. Ravens play @Detroit, NWE, and Cincy. Titans have colts and Broncos. Chargers have Bungholes, Chefs, and Broncos. Jets suck.

If, we run the table there's a chance the Div and 6th seed could be both won and lost by the Bengals-Ravens game. Give Chargers win this week and loss to Steelers week 16, Bungholes have 6 losses going into that game. If Rats only lose that game, we tie the Rats in record, but they will have three div losses. Same if we tie Bengals, they'll have three losses. Worst scenerio is Bungholes and Rats end up 10-6.

Of course like 1989, Steelers have to do their part. That starts with putting an oline together to beat Miami.

The rats have a tough schedule remaining, throw out the Viking game, and they have the Lions, Patriots, and the Bengals left in that order, and if Adrian Peterson gets on a roll the vikes could hang and L on them, I see them losing at least 2 games out of their last 4, and I don't think 8-8 will get them a 6 seed this year....

This will be what keeps them from the making playoffs. (Well that and losing 3 winnable games early on).
The offense has taken 3 steps forward in recent weeks. With all of the injuries last night, it may take 4 steps back by next week. (and undoubtedly Ben will shoulder the blame)

This is about it in a nutshell. Amongst many other things, losing Adams is going to be key if he can't make it back, as they had started to use him very effectively.
