    Thats because tomlins winning years was with the team Cowher built and he still has 5 cowher players starting on defense and they are at the end of their careers, tomlin should have been replacing these guys instead of leaning on them to stay productive after they have lost their prime, taylor is one of cowhers players who never had a prime but he is still there none the less...

    Last I checked Colbert is responsible for player personnel and as for the team Cowher built Tomlin got the best use out of the hand he was dealt just as any other smart coach would have.

    I think what Tomlin was saying is that the team wasn't as good as some people like to remember it being when Cowher stepped down. What's funny is I remember hearing a story that Bill Cowher was pumping gas and got confronted by a fan and Cowher thought he was gonna have to fight the guy because he was so mad about the way we played in the 06 season.
