    Not sure this year.
Tickets for 2011 regular season on ticketexchange are about the same price as they were last year, haven't gone up at Heinz Field (some stadiums have gone up, some others down).

Last year for our playoff home game vs Baltimore bought them Jan 2nd (my ticket says "Steelers vs TBD") for a game on Jan 15.
I just checked my notes from when we were looking for those tickets on stubhub & ticketexchange. Let me share them, hope you find this info useful:

Section 535 (upper level, 50 yd line, steelers side, row K) 250 each. Stubhub
Section 535 (upper level, 50 yd line, steelers side, row H) 264 each. Ticketexchange
Section 110 (lower level, 50 yd line, opponents side, row M) 500 each. Stubhub.
Section 110 (lower level, 50 yd line, opponents side, row O) 524 each. Ticketexchange
Section 138 (lower level, 20 yd line on the side of the scoreboard, steelers side, row L) 400 each Stubhub.
Section 138 (lower level, 20 yd line on the side of the scoreboard, steelers side, row G) 465 each Ticketmaster.

We went to 535 (bought them at stubhub) and was the most exciting section to be for a game like that one!
