They were up, 10-0, but Mahomes seems to be taking over. It is 10-7 with the Chiefs driving.

Think of it this way. If the Dolphins win, the Steelers have a better shot at the top seed. If the Chiefs win, that clinched a playoff berth for the Steelers.

I’m greedy.. I want a Dolphins and Steelers victory. The main thing is the Steelers beating Buffalo though cause I think the Saints should beat the Chiefs next week. If that scenario plays out they’re in great shape to get the ultra important Bye. But first things first.

    Love it!!!

win or lose tonight, the Steelers clinch the division with a Ravens win over the Browns. I’ve never actually pulled for Baltimore, but here we are

Good to clinch a playoff spot this year without having to rely on a bunch of help in week 17 like the Steelers have had to do the last 2 seasons. With the Chiefs winning in Miami today it really makes this game critical tonight for the Steelers to win against the Bills if they wanna get the 1 seed. A loss tonight and the Steelers almost would have no chance of getting that top seed even if the Steelers would win out and finish 14-2. You would then need the Chiefs to completely implode and lose both in New Orleans next week and at home at one of the last two weeks to either the Falcons or Chargers. A win tonight really forces the Chiefs to win in New Orleans next week and I think the Chiefs are close to dropping a game here and that could be the one next week. It will not matter though if the Steelers don’t win in Buffalo tonight.

I know it doesn't help us but I'd rather crush the Brown's hopes in week 17.

If the Steelers lose tonight, they can't clinch the division even with a Browns loss

Correct. They would need one more victory or one more loss by the Browns to clinch the division under those circumstances. Tomorrow night is their only realistic chance to get help against the Browns, who play the Giants and Jets the following two weeks.

The Steelers' most likely paths to the AFC North title are a Cleveland loss to Baltimore and a win over the Bengals next week, or victories over both the Bengals and Colts. After Buffalo, Cleveland is the toughest game remaining on the schedule for Pittsburgh. The Steelers could be a little healthier by then, but the Browns are likely to get guys back by that game as well.

The only thing worse than being stuck rooting for the Ravens tonight is watching them blow a 14-point lead to the Browns. Now Jackson is out with cramps?

The Browns really are going to win the division, aren’t they?

Damn. I had to go to bed early and miss that!?
The Steelers might be the third-best team in that division right now, but they got a lot of help from Lamar Jackson last night.

I thought you gave up on the Steelers this season? You’ve lost what little bit of credibility you had.

Glemm you know I could give 2 Fs what you think or how credible I am to you right? Just want to make sure we are on the same page.

And yes I have given up on the Steelers this season or any season moving forward with TOMLIN here. That you are correct kiddo.
