    I can agree with this. The only thing I would add is that Tomlin had a say in is the hiring of the coordinators. Arians and Haley were great hires, Fichtner and Canada miserable hires. So Tomlin isn't without some ownership stake in those failures, as he should have ownership stake in the successes as well.
