Place Kicker coaching

So, if you were on the special teams coach on the sidelines after Scobee missed two, what would you be saying? I know kickers are a weird bunch, but you'd think he'd be pumping him, calming him down, or assessing things - maybe this coach reported to Tomlin to abort any long attempts?

And do Steelers' place kickers practice in Heinz Field? If not, why not? I'd make them kick there every day under every weather condition. Otherwise, what the heck do they do during practice? It seems it is not effective, whatever it is.
