I like how the Steelers made enough adjustments on offense to get the latter wins giving Ben room to breathe making familiar plays we were accustomed to. Still much needed work ahead in the offseason the biggest concern and i'm not alone here is our defense. Is it tweak..retool or rebuild?. Would like to hear your opinions view's and scenarios as to coming personnel changes ref. the vets (negotiations) trades..draft possibilities along with DL.. will he revamp? (strongly believe he's here another yr.)

I personally don't want major changes in the defense where we would be another yr. or so away from playoff's....can we get away with a "quick or partial fix" of sort or do we have more work than meets the eye?

I say cut ties with all the older vets on D with the exception of maybe Troy. The D wasn't that great with the vets we have now so trim the fat. This only makes sense if we add weapons on offense to make up for some of the growing pains on D.

    Heyward, Woods, McCleandon
    Jarvis Jones, Timmons, Williams, Worilds
    Taylor, Thomas, Troy, Allen.

If we don't resign Worilds then it will be Woodley
If we don't resign Taylor it will be Gay.

I don't see much turnover on defense with the starters.

I think we need a new NT and ILB or at least the guys we do have at those spots to improve considerably.
