The 2025 NFL Draft has come and gone everyone! Over 256 players selected and more will be added via UFDAs later today. For the time being though, Pittsburgh has completed their selection of Rookies for the 2025 Draft. Now, time to grade them?!

What grade would you give the 2025 Class as a whole?! Who was your favorite pick?! Who was your least favorite?! I will start.

Favorite pick: Yahya Black: He may only be good at one thing but he is the best one trick pony the Steelers have had since Martavis Bryant.

Least Favorite Pick: Donte Kent: Not fair I know for I do have him as a Top 10 Slot CB. However, with the likes of Holland Pierce and Xaiver Truss on the board, I still feel you could have gotten him as a UFDA.

    Overall grade?! A+

I know you were talking up Black before the pick, so I'm trusting your expertise on that one. He certainly fits a need.

My favorite pick was Harmon. They got value at a position of need.

I agree on the least favorite pick. I didn't care for either pick in the seventh round. I'm not going to get very worked up about picks that late, but I think grabbing one of those tackles would have made more sense than a linebacker who is likely to only be a special teamer and a cornerback who probably shouldn't have been drafted at all.

    Solid B+

I will give it A+ on account of Will Howard. Getting Derek Harmon, another first round talent is a plus.
The rest of this draft was garbage. But who cares.
Bills are going nowhere regardless of the draft without their QB, same for Ravens, Eagles, Lions, Chiefs. etc. QB is the most important position and we solved it. A+.

Hey, when the Eagles drafted Jalen Hurts, or KC took Mahomes, it really skewed the curve big time. That's all they needed to do.

seriously though i gave it a B. add the metcalf trade for our 2nd and it goes up.

hopefully harmon and his shoulder work out OK.

    i love the sawyer pick.

    i like the howard pick.

    i like the johnson pick.

the rest we will see. we have drafted iowa D-linemen the last two years now. always a decent defense.

    overall not too bad.

A, easily. Really like all of the picks (though the 7th round got weird) and like the roster where it stands. We'll have 10-11 picks next year in the Burgh. I'd look to FA and cuts for depth at OT, WR, CB and we need another QB if Rodgers isn't coming. Keep hammering the trenches and hope we find that franchise QB.

B+ for me. No reaching at all and getting the best we can for what it is. Solid draft I’m good.

    B. Liked all the picks except not really thrilled with our RB choice. Not break away speed and runs too upright. I've already seen that enough

Don't follow it as closely as a lot of you but I thought we had a terrible O-line last season? What we'd do to improve that? Maybe the Steelers did right thing passing over QB's and are waiting for 2026 draft for a QB?

I liked our picks but don't see us being close to a SB contender. We get a healthy A. Rodgers I can see Playoffs. We go Mason for a season, higher draft pick in 2026. Time will tell.

Fav Pick: Keleb Johnson (hope he is not a fumbler)

I like the picks. Needs met. 2 D Lineman. A solid RB. Depth in the OLBer room. And a QB who might surprise.

All in all I would say A-

Of course Im high on Mason, he is a first round starter talent, make a run at SB talent. But now we have two starters. One of them needs to be given starter reps for the next 4 years and we need to roll with one of the two and make a run at SB, Howard or Mason.
The problem is Mason is on a two year backup contract, they will not give him his window. Otherwise they would've signed him to a starter contract and given him his window to lead the team to SB at the negotiating table. Now they need to do that with Will Howard, make him the starter on rookie contract and give him starter reps and an opportunity to compete for SB.
