So much for the Bills. If the Pats don't beat the Jets, the Steelers are going to have to win out to get in.

The Bills losing doesn't help the Steelers. The Steelers are a game up and owned the tiebreaker vs Buffalo. You wanted the Bills to stay in it so they'd have something to play for in week 17 vs the Jets. They have no interest now. Just because Rex wants to beat the Jets means nothing to the players who will be disinterested in that game. If the Jets need that game to get to 11-5, they'll roll the Bills now. The Steelers either need to win out or get help from the Pats vs the Jets or they're going home.

    The Eagles lost.
But next week the Chiefs play the Ravens and the Jets play the Cowboys (on Saturday for some reason.)
I never thought I'd say this- but I hope the Ravens play their best game of the season next week. Cowboys too.

ok, folks, from someone with 40+ years of watching if that counts for anything-

lots of weird stuff can happen at the end of the season. Teams with seemingly nothing to play for win all the time at the end of the season, while good teams will all the advantages lose.

I for example, will posit that the Steelers will have a better chance of winning out than either KC or the Jets- who will CERTAINLY lose to New England.

A Bengal collapse is not out of the question.

All sorts of odd things will happen, I"m sure.

I believe these- and I'm no cockeyed optimist-

The Steelers hardest game of the final 4 was the game today. And they won fairly easily.

Right now- and still on the outside looking in- the Steelers are the best team in the AFC.

Of course it should, but Denver is a better team than just about any team the Steelers have beaten so it's not a given. You'd like to have a little breathing room and had they beat Baltimore or KC, the Denver game would be meaningless in terms of the playoffs.

The only way Cincy doesn't lose the division is they have to lose to the Ravens. Even if they lose the next 2 weeks but beat the Ravens, they still win the North.

I've watched for a few more years than that and you're right! This time of year, even the Chargers can win.

Actually the Bengals have to lose to both the Broncos and Ravens. If they win either of those games or the Steelers lose any game, the Bengals win the North.

Win out and we are in even if all others win along with us. We got the tie breakers if that happens

ok my bad on the eagles.. cowboys lost so i feel better too lol. Steelers just need to win out, no excuses, it can be done. Steelers and Seacawks are the most dangerous teams right now.
