Pickens was too much of a distraction. He is okay right now because they are feeding him the ball. Wait until he goes a couple of games in a row with 3 catches as the 'boys continue to lose because they have no D. He is a timebomb.

The Steelers need to think about not drafting head case WRs to only get a couple of seasons out of them and enough headaches to disrupt the entire team.

The truth is both are playing great 1 is way more mature than the other .It would be great talent wise to have them both .For the sake of the kid I hope he can keep his head because he has HOF talent .

4-1 and we are looking up GPs stats on a losing team weekly? Smh

"Michael Brewerly" also got on Twitter after the game to say "Always Open". Win or lose...as long as GP looks good, GP don't care. Glad he is gone.

Kahn did not give him away

    Pickens made himself disposable

When they first traded for Metcalf I thought we had the best WR tandem in the league but obviously Pickens was a major disruption and they felt he had to go. It’s unfortunate he is so immature.

Cant believe anyone thinks they just jettisoned a great talent like that for ****s and giggles.

Can’t believe there are 3 posters who still can’t understand why GP had to go no matter how many times it is explained to them

The most foolish comment I see is that they should not have gotten rid of GP without replacing him

    Thats actually two unrelated questions

GP had to go that is one fact and they got a good offer so the time was right

Should they have found a #2 to go with Metcalf well that is a completely separate conversation

But wrapping the two together is illogical

My prediction, they trade for Lazard. Doesn’t move the needle much but he does have a good history with Rodgers.

Yeah, does nothing for me. It will be quite similar to trading for Williams last year... If we really want to make a difference, we need to trade for someone like Chris Olave or Garrett Wilson. I get that having to pay them is a hurdle, but in all honesty we can afford to with a rookie QB contract. Wilson makes more than DK, but Olave would likely make a bit less. Right now we are a DK injury away from not being able to throw the ball on anyone.

We would have got a 3rd comp.

Yes, Kahn gave away a great talented player.
