Tomlin only has 3 division titles 2007, 2008, 2010 with a wild card in 2011

Don Shula did not have an NFL title in his first 6 years. He lost the NFL championship game in his second season, then lost the superbowl in 1969. Only to be fired, then winning his first in 1972 and second in 1973.

 

Question how many leads did we blow this year in the 4th quarter and how many did we blow under Cowher? Oh yea how many seasons did Cowher coach with a franchsie QB compared to Tomlin. I think Tomlin is a good coach but this year he like everyone else on his staff laid an egg. Some can be contrubited to injuries but some can also be attrubtied to playcalling. Blame who you want but I think Haley, Tomlin, the ST coaches are to blame as well as the players.

This can be fixed with all the same people coaching minus Haley (Haley is to new for me to include him here). Alot can be attrubited to the players like Antonio Brown who celebrates a first down like others do for touchdowns. Before you go crazy I like Brown and I don't want him to go anywhere just making a point. The mental aspect of this team is horrible. Lets hope we right the ship next year cause I hated 80's football even though I still loved my team.
