How in the world could some of you really think that this team could win? Are those perdictions you make real or are they homer perdictions? I will go on the record saying we will not win no more games this year. Clevelnd we lose again, 21-7 Browns 28-3 Bengals. Rebuild in the off season and seasons to come. This season is over, anyone got a fishing rod that I can borrow?

If you think the season is over and have given up what are you still doing here other than trolling the diehard fans that still believe in their team?

I think those scores are a little stretched and a bit of over reaction played into them. Their at home, I seriously doubt we'll have a repeat SD game.

I'll bet you $5000 that we score more than 10 points in the next 2 games.

They're only going to score 10 more points all year?

    You're over reacting.

No, Santee, CA. it's a suburb of San Diego. That being said, I think this team has had too many injuries, fumbles, dropped passes, PENALTIES to really compete in the playoffs this year but, I want to see them make it!

we will NOT beat both the bengals and browns.. aint gonna happen..this team makes far too many mistakes.. has no heart.. no emotion and no on field leadership... i said before the SD game that we will end the season with 4 straight losses.. 2 down 2 to go

Let me perface my comments about perdictions by stating that success in the NFL is highly perdicated on perventing mistakes, turnovers and penalties. Today we succeeded in the penalty phase with zero flags on O, D and ST. However, tons of mistakes all around and two lousy and critically timed turnovers. So I hereby persent my absolutely prefect perdictions: If we don't score more points than Cinci and the Browns the next two weeks - we will definitely lose out.

(I wonder what all those red squiggly lines are in my message. Pretty darn annoying.)

    (Sorry couldn't resist)

Well Dallas beat Cinci so it's not like Cinci appears to be some unstoppable force. We can beat them. Whether we will or not remains to be seen, but we definitely can win our next two games

Jigs work at Lake Cuyamaca! I think I need some of that peace and quiet (and the all-you-can-eat fish fry on Friday nights at the lake restaurant) after this loss!

I agree with you on all accounts though. This year's team just does not have that Steeler mojo. I don't know what it is, the fake bravado is there, but the smarts, killer instinct and swagger isn't.
I think we will avenge the loss to the Browns, but I'm afraid of the Bengals. Green has to be thinking that he will have a career day against our secondary.
We don't generate a pass rush, thus giving the QB all day to throw...then our DBs sit 10 yards off of the ball, basically giving the other team a 7-yard catch every time.
Add to that the fact that the DBs come up and miss the tackle 1/3 of the time and you have what we had today...pathetic!
I wish we would just send 5 rushers every down and play the DBs at 5 yards off the ball. Yeah, it's taking more of a chance, but better than getting driven on the whole game.
That #1 ranked defense is a bunch of BS...we gave up 3 games worth of yardage and 2+ games worth of points today to a mediocre team.
Our defense was BAD today and it all starts with the scheme. Who decided that another linebacker or 5th string DB is going to help us to stop their receivers?
RELEASE THE FREAKIN HOUNDS AND GET AFTER THE QUARTERBACK!!!

    Go Steelers!
