    No

If he was he would still be on the Steelers

It’s not rocket science to understand this

People have thought that about Murray before. Let's see him do it consistently and stay healthy.

He is gone because his attitude was becoming a problem, because he was only signed for one more year, and because they saw the opportunity to get a starting corner in return, not because he isn't better than guys Van Jefferson.

I don't know how anybody watches the games and looks at the statistics and doesn't see that Johnson is better than Van Jefferson, Calvin Austin, and Scotty Miller. We haven't seen Roman Wilson in a pro game yet, so I guess you can justify dreaming about what he might be in the absence of actual data.

None of those indicate that he isn't a better player on the field. Even with the attitude, he was far more productive than any of the veteran receivers on the team except Pickens. So no, I did not prove what you claimed. In fact, I refuted it by providing variables other than quality of play that explain why he is gone and they are still Steelers. In case you missed Donte Jackson's play the last two weeks, they got good value in return.

You seem to be contradicting and confusing yourself

Maybe you are just having a bad day so I’ll move on

My day is fine. My post is accurate. He is better than every receiver the Steelers currently have other than Pickens. That he is gone does not indicate otherwise. He is gone for the reasons I stated. His attitude was a concern. His contract is up after this season, so this would have been his last season with the team, anyway. They got a very good player at a position of need in return. Those are not indicative of the overall quality of his play on the field. That is where the eye test and statistics demonstrate that he is clearly better than Jefferson, Austin, and Miller.

You didn't ask about mine. You suggested I was having a bad one. Glad to hear you are having a nice day, though I am unsure how that is relevant to the discussion.

No doubt he’s better statistically and probably talent wise, but it was his attitude problem that overall makes him worse.

The best QB hes played with since Ben and Dalton isnt even all that good but much better than Pickett, Trubisky and Rudolph. Even Rudolph was an upgrade that DJ was able to play better with.

Theres no questioning DJ is a talented receiver, just too bad he developed a ****ty attitude.

You called it last week when you said you thought DJ was going to be better with Andy at the helm in this thread :)

People seem to ignore this thinking attitude and team chemistry aren’t important

It’s like they are watching a video game
