Didn't really want to make a thread, but the "roughing the passer" call against Vanden Bosch for taking down Rodgers.

What pissed me off: Identical hit by Matthews on Stafford earlier in that game, no flag - same hit by Vanden Bosch on Rodgers and he gets the flag. :banghead:

I didn't see it, but I heard it from the other room. Others in the house were saying it was BS. Depends who you are and what your image is I guess.

They're treating Rodgers as if he were Brady. Total BS call.

Yes! BS if you ask me. His actions definitely warranted a penalty, but ejection seems way over the top to me. This is an emotional game like the Steelers & pigeons.

After the Superbowl I've come to hate the Packers. Pittsburgh plays a mediocre football game and we win the Superbowl... not that I'm bitter or anything :frustrated:

Dunno, he was grabbing the Packer's helmet and shoved it into the ground a few times and then kicking at him just is beyond stupid, not even Kemoatu is that dumb ... and that's saying something.

Wouldn't change a thing tho, would still have been a 1st down and Stafford would still be throwing more balls to the Packers than to his own guys

But yes, agreeing with that Packers-hating. Problem is that even if the Lions would win that game, i'd still hate it ... Just so sick of the lovefest for both teams

I think I'm going to have to agree with you on all accounts. I guess that's the frustration of seeing Suh go out since that's going to kill them... oh wait Stafford did that on his own.

Would have mattered, it was a 3rd down play they had stopped. He's an idiot and totally brought that on himself! IIRC at the time it was only 7-0 I was screaming at how screwed up and selfish that was. He'll get suspended.

I think what he's saying is it wouldn't have mattered if he had gotten just a penalty and not the ejection.

I'm sick of the Packers! They are playing great ball though.

No doubt he should have been ejected and should be suspended. I don't care how emotional the game is, it isn't an excuse for stomping/kicking a player.

In hindsight I agree with you. My emotion of seeing the best defensive player removed from the game got the best of me too lol.
