Our PS sure does seem do be targeted a lot.

It does seem to be a little more prevalent this year. You don't normally see a whole lot of it because you have to use that 53 man roster spot if you do.

The practice squads are still inflated at 10 this year though, so maybe there's more talent sitting there?

Maybe they should look at the 53 man and change the way they do in-actives on game day? How much sense does it make to have a 53 man active roster, but be restricted on how many can dress on Game Day?

 

Johnson wasn't taken from the PS. kev cut him to bring up a guy off the practice squad. he didn't clear waivers to make it to our practice squad. he was one of our draft picks and kev basically threw him away to the jets. the jets got a draft pick from us for nothing. especially when we are already tackle poor. yea, let's pat kev on the back for this one. thanks kev.

 

we have 6 safeties and three tackles. with one hurting we have two tackles. quite different elvis. we had a draft pick at a position of need with a lot of upside. we really didn't need a 6th safety. Johnson served a valuable purpose for us and the jets got an extra draft pick that they didn't have to put on the active list if they so chose. Johnson could play all 5 spots across the O-line and we threw away that draft pick for a guy that will only play special teams for us. ever. big difference.

 

Mac is totally right. My only addition is the QB they keep not dressing that would have been safer to put on the PS.

 

Seems to me to prove that we pick good players...

Why else would we get poached, more than we poach other team`s practice squads?
