    At this point we'll have four.... The Macks being Shazier and Fort and Bucks being Williams & Dirty Red..

    Preseason Game 2 they played... Started.... Two Bucks ( Williams & Red) with Williams playing the Mack. Why? Because they are convinced Williams is good in coverage. I say NOooo!

    He isn't Horrible and does a decent job but as seen vs the Falcons if he's in that role middle will be attacked just like what's going to happen when Golden is in there.

    When Shazier comes out in game 3..... If he starts .... I want Fort in there and what his better athleticism can do. Can he read/react?

    On last night's telecast of the Eagles preseason game, the announcers said that the Eagles may be trying to trade Mychal Kendricks. I'm not sure what the price tag would be. His contract is not small - $4.85 mil salary this season, then comp of $6 mil in '18 and $7 mil in '19. I haven't really followed his career recently, but apparently he really fell out of favor last season and saw his snap count collapse. I've always thought of him as iffy vs. the run, but one of the best pass defending LBs in the game. Effective blitzer too. I wonder how he'd look in B&G. I feel pretty sure he'd improve our interior pass defense.

    Just to be clear, I'm not seriously thinking about trading for him with his salary, but if the Eagles can't find a buyer, and cut him as a cap casualty, maybe....

    Interesting suggestion. My immediate thought would be that he would get a better offer elsewhere (e.g. another team may offer more likely playing time etc.), but it wouldn't be a bad pick up if he was to get cut...
