Our Defense is actually doing well, but when the Offense just keeps turning the ball over on downs there isn't much more the Defense can do. Our Defense has done everything you can ask of them.

They have some problems but it's a solid unit with potential. If they could get healthier and not be on the field the entire game it would help.

I agree! The time of possession was in the Packers favor. When your offense turns the ball over forcing you to defend a short field it is bound to break. I mean the defense can bail them out form some situations, but not after the offense doesn't deliver on almost every possession.

TOP 25/35 in favour of GB

That is an absolutely huge advantage for Green Bay. The Steelers offence can’t move the chains and it is asking too much of a very good defence unfortunately

No green ink needed. It wasn't sarcasm, I was serious.

Not well enough to win. This is a team game. Not saying defense is the primary problem, but if you get to pointing fingers you are really screwed.

The defense wasn't good enough today. The Packers could have scored more if they needed more. They backed off a little in the fourth quarter.

They are having the huge coverage breakdowns that are a signature of a Keith Butler defense, but injuries are the main culprit. The problem is that they won't be getting Alualu back and we have no idea if or when we will see Tuitt. With those two out, the defensive front is significantly weaker. There just isn't enough push inside and they aren't holding up against the run.

The Steelers defense played awful today. They were gashed in the run game. Rodgers exploited holes in the Steelers pass coverage all game long. Weird time to start a thread saying the are playing well. They simply are not.

Defense is too injured to make an impact

Yeah for sure… healthy defense and I think butler probably is still in over his head

Heyward is the only guy up front who is a legitimate NFL starter. Wormley is a fine backup, but that's it. I'm not sure Buggs and Loudermilk even rise to that level.

Tyson is a huge loss, showed last year and now this year. Probably our best D lineman besides cam… better than tuitt

Rodgers is dangerous enough without a running game. Today he had that which opened up the whole playbook. For a myriad of reasons the defense, right now, today just isn't good enough for a myriad of reasons.

Hate to bring this up but I think we were out coached once again. Plays run exploited our weaknesses on D and this game could have been a blow out right after the start of the 3rd qtr. Offense, Ben couldn't hit open receivers for TD's but our coaches think that was ok and let it ride.

Minka, really needs to step up and make plays. He was brought in
to make a difference. It has been 11 games since he has recorded a turnover.
He better step it up if he thinks he is going to get a BIG 2nd contract with the Steelers.

So sick of this narrative. They're giving up 20+ points a game. I see teams in our division holding teams to 7. That's game changing. Yes, if we had this defense with the 3 B's we'd be a contender but we don't.

Tired of seeing Minkah and somebody talking before the snap and completely blowing coverage. What can they possibly be talking about? We fall back in zone and give up 5 yard cushions 90% of the time.

Fitzpatrick started to regress last year and has only gotten worse. He had an opportunity for an interception early and dropped it. He has to make those plays.

To be fair, he did make what should have been a game-changing play on special teams, but the officials robbed him of that one with a terrible offsides call on Haden.
