Other than the Rams or Saints, do you see any other NFC team contending?

Thus far, unless some team pulls it all together, other than the Rams and the Saints, do you see any other NFC team with a chance to make the Super Bowl, let alone win it?

I think the Bears surprise people in the playoffs this year. We’ve seen high octane offenses come unstuck in January before.

Bears could get the job done. Pressure affects every QB on earth and the Bears have the horses to get constant pressure. The thing is though, the Saints and Rams both have very good screen games which will slow that pass rush down. So even though I say the Bears could get it done, I don't think they will. I just think the Saints and Rams are too good this year

Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys and the Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks are rounding into form thanks to a re-emphasis on pounding the rock. Their defense has also improved.

To top it all off, never count out Russel Wilson. That dude is pure magic in cleats.

I agree on Chicago and Seattle. Seattle could be a team that pulls off a big playoff upset. They’re playing gritty football.

I’ll assess Dallas’ chances after they play the Saints. The defense is solid, but I’m not a believer in the offense (yet).

I think Rams choke again and Dallas is built for the playoffs. Defense and running game. Cooper gave them that WR they need. Bears are underestimated and can do damage. Saints look like the clear winners but I feel teams that do that great in the regular season usually fizzle out towards the end or run out of gas.

Teams that get hot/healthy towards the end are the dangerous.

Bears defense could upset Rams or Saints. Dallas is just pretenders, stop Elliot & Dallas stinks.

Are they calling for Mcvays head in LA yet? He would be done as a Steelers coach scoring just 6 points with all his weapons on offense.

I dont think they fire him after he just wan the sb especially since they were just decimated with injuries. They had guys off the street vs Dallas playing corner and still nearly pulled that off.

I have been roasting the Chicago Bears franchise for years. Since the Bears went to the Superbowl in the 2006 season, they have made the playoffs once in the past 11 years, which was the 2010 season. They have sucked for a long time. And still live off that one Superbowl win in 1985. But this Bears defense is playing great. I still have the Saints and Rams as better teams than the Bears (despite the Rams losing to the Bears this season). But the Bears could be a big surprise come playoff time and do better than I thought.

No way Peterson gets fired in Philly. That man is pretty much a saint because he brought a Super Bowl to the city. He would have to have a consistent Hue Jackson level coaching string of bad years before he'd ever get canned.

I agree that I think the Seahawks could be a sneaky team. They just have that ability to win even when you think they shouldn't.

They look bad on both sides of the ball. Doesn't help that Gurley is banged up but, they certainly do not appear to be as formidable as they once were.

Bears have the best defense now. Leader in takeaways and pretty much top 3 in EVERY stat. Better than saints and Dallas

Seattle. They can beat anybody anywhere. They have the coaching and QB. Experience matters.
