I'm a big OSU (Oregon State University) fan as well as a Steelers fan (over 3 decades as a fan for both). I live out here in Oregon as well. There have actually been a few good OSU alum that have played for the black and gold (yellow), notably: CB Keenan Lewis, WR Markus Wheaton, currently CB Steven Nelson!

Anyway, the Beavs have struggled the last few seasons but they are trending up again! A couple of guys that the Steelers should take a look at (one for this next draft) is QB Jake Luton. He's 6'7", has a gun (needs to work on touch), very accurate and coachable. I say coachable because he has improved a ton, since showing up a few years ago as a JUCO (had to medically redshirt one year). He would be a mid- late round guy but definitely a gem IF....he can get good coaching at the next level!

Another guy is JR WR Isaiah Hodgins! Not a speed burner but 6'4", great route runner and amazing hands, tough as nails. He reminds me a lot of Larry Fitzgerald. We play ASU in a couple of hours from now. Go check out the game.

There's also a kid that reminds me a little bit of Joey Porter (long, rangy, defender coming out of college-developed into a pretty good one), his name is JR OLB Hamilcar (awesome name too) Rashed Jr. He has developed into a sack specialist over the past couple of years (leads the PAC 12 in sacks). Next season, he should be a beast!

    Just sayin'!
