If Bengals can go 4-12 and then to the Super Bowl the next year, Steelers can do it.

What makes you believe either of these two QB's will amount to anything in the NFL? I don't believe there can be someone identified s a "true franchise QB" that is still in college. It's till a guess whoever you pick. Chicago moved up big to get MT, and what was the result? Haskins, again, a bust. KP is someone I hope is still on his way up and hasn't peaked yet like some of the Heisman winners that don't work out like you'd think they would (Tebow)? It's a possibility that needs to be given its due time for KP to get wherever he is going to get to. I have no clue what he'll end up as, but one thing I don't want is to make the same mistakes over again and put the cart before the horse and worry about QB's/RB's without a supporting cast of OL. Harris is another example of a good back getting hit behind the LOS wasting his talent for who knows how much longer. JMO>

Well, is that all? Canada runs an offense that is what the HC wanted, which is why he was hired. I don't think this is one guy running what he wants. I doubt MTomlin had no idea what Canada was going to do before he was hired. This shouldn't be that hard to understand but so many think getting rid of Canada solves all our play calling woe's. How many OCs are we going to go through to figure this out? This is a cultural/philosophical issue that won't change with Canada leaving. JMO>

I'm with you on Tomlin. My point is regardless what we want Mike Tomlin will be the Coach of the Steelers next season unless he retires. Management would never fire him after his first real bad season but they will give him a picture of Ben R. with the words, "miss me yet" for his bathroom wall.

For some reason the Seinfeld episode when George did the exact opposite came to mine.

My Eyes... I've watched them, and love their game, their makeup/ moxie/ accuracy/ Arm strength / Legs/ level of competition...

I never got that with Pickett

I said 6-11 before the season began I think that number of 6 was being too generous. This team is real real bad.

That’s why you and the rest of us are on this board and Watt will be a wrecking ball in a couple weeks.

You seem to have a comprehension challenge with the basic issue

Go back and see if you can find the flaw in your poorly presented response

Math might not be your thing or maybe when you grew up you were taught via a Sun Dial. However 3 playoff wins in 12 years is welp not very good.

    No it’s not

And that is irrelevant to what I posted

You just can’t seem to see the main point

You just keep repeating the same poorly thought comments like a slow parrot

I agree about the offensive line. They needs a stud left tackle round 1. Dan Moore is not it. And a left guard to compete with Dotson although I feel working next to Moore has not been a positive. Dump that draft waste Kendrick Green. Still can't believe he is on the 53 while Leglue is on the PS.
I feel Cole, Danials and Chuks are pretty solid.

The D Line has Heyward and Ogunjobi. Wormley and Leal are progressing. Unfortunately Leal got injured. Adams has shown he is a decent plug in. They do need to add at least one. Loudermilk is not a good player. Plus Heyward ain't getting no younger. And bringing back Alualu has not worked out.

A bigger issue to me is the linebacking core. Bush needs to go, Jack has one more year. They need to draft on ILBer in the 2nd or 3rd and add a capable FA back up. Spilaine stays.

They also have to get a quality OLBer in the draft. Someone that can not only spell Watt and Highsmith but if one goes down they will contribute and not disappear.

The linebacking core has been dismal after Watt went down.

Peel* for a stud corner in FA. Might have to add a Strong Safety as well. Of course Edmonds has ratcheted his game up he might get a suiter this year to overpay.

    (* Peel means open the checkbook}

It's a good thing the Steelers or TJ don't care about your opinion.

    Yeah I don't buy it.
Bradys 1st playoffs all games added together 1td, and 1int, and in the SB 1whole td....So I don't see that's all Brady.....Plus Belichick was the last Coach to win a playoff game in Cleveland all the way till 2020.
Also Belichick went 11-5 the year Brady tore His knee in the 1st game.
Also Belichick just took a rookie Qb to the playoffs last year.
This year.....Belichick beat us, and Brady lost to us. So....

It's hard to celebrate losing. But, if we bottom out this year maybe we can find a transcendent player in the draft that can shore up a side of the ball for us? Reminds me of the stumbling season that led to Polamalu!.

I cant think of any one critic, or fan, that thought Tebow was going to be anything other than what he turned out to be. Everybody and they momma knew drafting Trubisky was a mistake for the Bears. To his credit he actually showed promise for a season and then regressed back to what everybody thought he was going to be. Theres no need to put Tebow, Haskins or Trubisky in the same league as either Young, Shroud, or even Levis because the eye test clearly tells you theres a difference between the first three and the last three. Im hoping Kenny does well as most of us are (mainly because they cant afford to have another 1st rd bust), but if he shows no improvement from now until the end of the season and continues to poop the bed the Steelers should not be afraid to draft one of those top 3. You can't continue to make a mistake (drafting Kenny in the 1st rd to begin with) into a even bigger mistake (passing on QBs with higher ceiling potentials).

Brady won his seventh Super Bowl the year after he left New England, while the Patriots had a losing season .
