One major reason for our issues...

was the fact that the front office let Roethlisberger's feelings when it came to drafting another QB weigh too much on their long-term moves. Rudolph doesn't count...he fell to the 3rd for a reason.

Green Bay had to make the hard decision with drafting Rodgers and telling Favre as nicely as possible, "this is what we're doing...if you want to go elsewhere go for it..."

THAT factor, if you ask me, is why this team has been going through multiple QB's while the problem continues to haunt us still to this day...
