On this date.....1/12/1975

I was 5 and really didn't know what the heck was going on. The summer of 75 I moved and met my best friend who was a cowboy fan. That is how I became a Steelers fan as back in the 70's you had the electronic football game and it came with the Steelers and Cowboys. He was a Cowboys fan and so I took the Steelers, then when they played in the super bowls it made it even better.

With that said another fact........the Steelers won 6 consecutive AFC CENTRAL championships beginning in 1974!

 

I was a young man 15, but remember it well. Dwight White played
with a over 100 degree temperature. I was fortunate to have grown up in the dynasty years
