Steelers didn't turn the ball over and didn't allow a sack on Ben.

Also on a positive note if we DON'T make the playoffs we only have 4 games left to endure watching the incompetent moron Sanders in our beloved uniform.

That is pretty remarkable - with those stats I thought for sure we would get a "W".

I loved the Dick Lebeau "What Makes Thanksgiving Special" 15-second segment that they did near the end of the game coming back from commercial. He is purely a good guy and I can see why the players take to him so easily.

Also didn't cause any turnovers and Average Joe Flacco posted a 98+ QB rating on them.

And allowed the Ravens into the endzone only once. Bell had a good day with 4.6 yards per carry and what should have been 2 TD's and Miller turned in yet another good performance with 8 catches for 83 yards.

that i believe has been the biggest problem with their line. its not that they dont have talent its that everytime they start to gel 1 or 2 of them get hurt. if they could just stay healthy i think they would be a pretty solid group.

I enjoyed that too. The Dan Rooney segment, uh, not so much. I was kind of worried he might say that he had faith that Obama was going to achieve world peace or something like that. Not to get political but his explicit endorsement of Obama after we won the AFC championship game a few years ago still sticks in my crawl a little, lol. I was like, what the heck does Obama have to do with the fact we're going to the Super Bowl?!

He was just lobbying to be ambassador to Ireland! LOL. From now on Todd Haley can say he was hired by an American diplomat.

When I used to come home on leave to Leetsdale, on bad record years. I would head to Hills dept store in Northern Lights shopping center and load up on cheap steeler gear. Cause the next or 2 years we would be good and I could wear my stuff around the south.

I've not seen a Hills since the 80s. Do they still have them where you are?

They used to have them in east TN but they don't anymore. I just didn't know if they existed somewhere else still.

Hills Department Store was a Canton, Massachusetts, based discount department store chain. It was founded in 1957 in Youngstown, Ohio, and existed until 1999 when it was acquired by Ames.

Hmm I guess they just weren't very profitable down here. Actually the main one that I know about was turned in to a Big Lots when they closed and I just always figured Big Lots bought them out or something. But I kid you not, in the last month I have probably heard about 3 different people mention Hills at some random time so that was weird when I heard him mention that. Maybe they'll make a comeback. LOL. While they're at it I wish Children's Palace would make a comeback too. That was probably the coolest toy store ever.

My aunt worked at Hills. So that was where we did our shopping.

I always thought that would be a good name for a bra store

I'm still waiting for Hecks to make a comeback in my neck of the woods. I had a friend growing up whose parents were so strict on her that they wouldn't allow her to say Hecks because they considered it a slang word. She had to call it H's, lol. But I do remember Hills as well. A lot of those stores kind of went by the wayside when the juggernaut, Walmart, came along.
