Oline much improved, at least on paper

Got a good tackle (right or left is a point of debate), got maybe the best true center in the draft. This has to be miles ahead of the bad old days of a few years ago, when O’Chloroform and Trai Turnstile barely slowed defenders down as they tried to crush an aging Big Ben into a pulpy pile of goo.
The multi year spring cleaning will continue, Moore or less.

 

On paper?! Agreed 100%.


Troy's natural capabilities are not to be taken lightly. Dude is a bulldozing badass who possess war daddy mentality. His size pales in comparison to his fellow draft classmates and he will be 24 (not ideal) but his arm length at 34.5 inches is the biggest among the Top 20 Tackles not named Amarius Mims. Biggest thing people are either ignoring or overlooking is the fact that Fautanu is arguably the best technician among the OTs; Joe Alt included. No other OT in the draft possesses the combination of body control, hand placement, leverage, discipline and even athleticism.. all in one.


Zach Frazier being selected was and still is unreal. He just missed my Top 32 Big Board Rankings but would have been worthy of a First Round grade nevertheless. The fact that the Steelers got him at 51 isn't just insane value but it is near highway robbery; third only to Payton Wilson and Philly Cooper DeJean.


Mason McCormick is excellent depth value. Issac will turn 31 next season and James Daniels is in the final year of his Contract; Nate Herbig the same. Even if Daniels is extended (pending on how well he performs this season), the team could move on from Issac Seumalo if his performance takes a hit.



Now, with all this said, in practice?!
