Old message board?

First off I apologize if this was brought up before but I haven't been on any steelers related sites for a bit so forgive me if this is an old topic. I just went to look at the old message board and a white page came up saying permission to gain access to the site has be restricted or banned for certain ip addresses. So my question is, did the old board shut down or perhaps was I banned for some reason and has it happened to anyone else here?

Wow, it finally died. It sure did take awhile to finally fizzle out.

 

Its been that way for weeks now. Either they killed it...or it died on its own.

 

I think that is finally "down for the count

 

I was never able to gain access to the old board as a member ...however, how sad that the main page for the Pittsburgh Steelers does not contain a fan forum?? Can you imagine going to the Ravens board and not being able to read what their fans have to say?

Thank goodness we have this board!

 

My condolences to the old board. It was good whiile it lasted. Who will ever forget Pimply Dan and needing a big back to beat off defenders.

How sad that a major NFL Franchise doesn't have a message board but places like McDonalds, JC Penny and Herbs Auto Towing probably have one.

I think we'll all agree that the old MB had been on life support long before it finally kicked the bucket. It's good to see many of my old friends coming over to this board.
